What's New at Seelaus?
Mike Keller joined Seelaus Instrument Company in July 2008 as an expansion for our Service Department. Mike is an accomplished electrician. We are delighted to have Mike join Seelaus Instrument Company.

Seelaus Instrument Company is also providing 63 carbon monoxide sensors for the Kenwood Towne Center parking garage that is under construction. The sensors are currently being installed. We expect start-up and commissioning in October 2008.
Duke Energy has contracted with Seelaus Instrument Company to update their water quality instrumentation at two facilities. The first facility is Hanging Rock, OH and the second facility is Beverly, OH. Kevin Raitz of Seelaus Instrument Company was in charge of the project. He installed 24 Honeywell UDA analyzers for pH, conductivity and dissolved oxygen. The Hanging Rock project was completedd the first week of September 2008. Beverly, OH will be completed in October 2008. It is anticipated that we will provide regular calibration of this instrumentation.
Hank Seelaus attended Honeywell pH training at Fort Washington, PA in June 2008. Hank is certified by Honeywell for pH expertise. Larry Myers attended Honeywell Paperless Recorder training and HC900 Control training during the first quarter of 2008. Larry is certified by Honeywell on these products.

Seelaus Instrument Company provided 48 carbon monoxide sensors for the parking garage at the new Baldwin Building being constructed off of I-71 in Cincinnati. The system was approved by the City of Cincinnati inspector at the end of August 2008.
Seelaus Instrument Company will be celebrating 25 years in business on November 1, 2008. The company was started by Hank Seelaus on November 1, 1983. Genny Hopson, our Office Manager, will have been with Seelaus Instrument Company 15 years on the exact same date as Genny started with Seelaus Instrument Company on November 1, 1993.
